Adventurers: Work in progress. Most kalashtar spend their time in meditation so as to influence the turn of the world, but a few brave kalashtar take a more direct approach to evil in the world.

Names: Work in progress. Two-part names, the second part identifies the spirit their bloodline is bonded too.

Kalashtar have the following ancestry.

Kalashtar Ancestry

+2 to One Ability Score: Kalashtar retain the varied nature of their human heritage.

Medium: Kalashtar are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.

Humanoid: Kalashtar are humanoids with the kalashtar subtype.

Normal Speed: Kalashtar have a base speed of 30 feet.

Dream Native: Kalashtar receive a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against mind-affecting effects and possession. Kalashtar are immune to dream-based effects, such as the dream and nightmare spells.

Naturally Social: Kalashtar receive a +2 racial bonus on Bluff, Intimidate and Sense Motive checks.

Naturally Psionic: Kalashtar receive Wild Talent as a bonus feat at 1st level. If a kalashtar takes levels in a psionic class, he instead gains the Psionic Talent feat.

Physical Resemblance: Kalashtar receive a +2 racial bonus on Disguise checks to appear human.

Psionic Aptitude: When a kalashtar takes a level in a favored class, he can choose to gain an additional power point instead of a hit point or skill point.

Kalashtar Psionics: Kalashtar gain the following power-like ability: 1/day—mindlink (UP). The manifester level for this effect is equal to 1/2 the kalashtar's level (minimum 1st). The DC for this power is equal to 10 + the power’s level + the kalashtar's Charisma modifier.
If the player does not have access to Ultimate Psionics from Dreamscarred Press, or does not wish to use the psionics system, then the use the following description of mindlink:
You forge a telepathic bond with another creature within 30 feet, which must have an Intelligence score of 3 or higher. The bond can be established only with a willing subject, who therefore receives no saving throw and gains no benefit from spell resistance. You can communicate telepathically through the bond even if you do not share a common language. No special power or influence is established as a result of the bond. Once the bond is formed, it works over any distance (although not from one plane to another), but only lasts for 1 round per manifester level. This is a mind-affecting ability.

Languages: Kalashtar begin speaking Common and Quori. Kalashtar with a high Intelligence score can choose from the following: Draconic or Riedran.
